Policy of Access to Administrative Documents

Pursuant to the provisions of Statutory Order Nr 41 - 2011 dated May 26, 2011 Circular Nr 25 - 2012 dated May 5, 2012 relating to access to administrative documents of public institutions, the Ministry of higher Education and Scientific Research is working to establish new relationships with citizens by making all information and administrative documents available to the public.
