Internal Rules
The document consultation is possible for students, professors and researchers.
Rules of procedure concerning students
- Students are expected to respect the peace and quiet within the Library.
- Students who want to borrow books need a student card, which is an individual document and shall in no circumstances be used by a third party.
- The borrower is liable for damage to or loss of the publications he has borrowed. The damage (writing, tearing, or deterioration) or loss may result in a penalty up to twice the value of the book. The Administration will decide of the penalty amount as well as of the disciplinary measures if necessary.
- Each student has the right to consult one or more books by providing his student card.
- Home borrow is allowed for 2 days for the bachelor degree students and 3 days for master students.
- Each student must respect the deadlines of the home borrow, otherwise he will not be allowed to borrow for one month.
- Dictionaries, encyclopedias and periodicals are excluded from home borrow.
- The borrow of books is forbidden during summer holidays.
- The borrow of books is possible from 8h30 to 16.30
Rules of procedure concerning professors
• Each professor has the right to loan in maximum 3 books for 2 weeks.
