The internal regulations

When students choose to enroll in this institute, they should respect its code of discipline and rules as well as abide by the following guidelines: 
1/ To be appropriately dressed once inside the Institute. 
2/ To respect the deadlines of the following:

        - Enrollment within the administrative deadlines.

        - To apply for postponing the enrollment, for personal reasons, one month after the courses start, and, before the               final exams for medical reasons,

        - The students, who do not pay enrollment fees within  the Institute’s administrative deadline, are not allowed to                 attend exams.      

3/ Students must:Show their students’ cards whenever/wherever needed, at the entry gate or during exams (a proof of belonging to the Institute).


- Attend tutorials regularly.

- Keep their private cars outside the Institute.

- Not use their mobile phones during exams for any reason. The use of mobile phones during exams is punishable by the disciplinary board. 

- Not use their mobile phones during courses.

- Have a look at the announcements published by the Institute on the website or on the publication board so that they know about all

- the details that concern courses’ programs, schedules of exams and any other information.

- Respect all the teaching, administrative and working staff of the Institute.

- Avoid any impolite behavior and verbal or physical violence which can threaten the Institute and its properties.

- Respect regulations related to gatherings or meetings by organizing them outside the courses slots and with the permission of the administration.

- Apply for organizing a meeting by presenting a written application to the administration registration office 10 days before the time

- of the event and by mentioning the objective of the event and the names of the participants in it.

- Not use loud speakers in the courtyard of the Institute.

- Not write or publish anything on the walls or any other place of the Institute without the permission of the administration.

- Not ask for attendance certificates after the end of the academic year.
